Every PVC and compound extrusion line starts with a consistent dry blend. The SRL-Z unit pairs a high-speed hot mixer, where components are blended and the blend is heated to set the additives, with a cooling mixer that discharges the batch at a temperature safe for storage and conveying.

The hot mixer builds temperature through friction alone — no external heating on the principal stages — which keeps the blend chemistry predictable. The cold mixer drops the batch quickly enough to prevent caking and premature degradation, and the discharge feeds the extruder's vacuum loader continuously.

For applications better served by gentle, large-batch blending, the SRL-W horizontal mixer unit is available as an alternative layout.
