This line is designed specifically for polyolefin pipe processing — HDPE pressure pipe for gas distribution and sewage systems, and water supply pipe on the same platform.

Gas and sewage pipe live or die on long-term hydrostatic strength and weldability, so melt homogeneity and temperature stability through the extrusion stage are the engineering priority. Multi-layer co-extrusion is available, letting you put a different grade or colour in each layer of the wall.

The line pairs with vacuum calibration, spray cooling, haul-off and cutting units sized to your diameter range, and can be adapted to other plastics where the application allows.
