The SJSZ-65/132 is a conical counter-rotating twin screw extruder built for rigid PVC applications such as window profile and other hard extrusions, supplied complete with an automatic loading unit.
The gearbox is the core of the machine: cementited and surface-ground 20CrMnTi gears run on imported thrust bearings, giving high torque output with low noise and low heat rise, and an outside cycle cooling system keeps oil temperature stable over long runs.
Screws and barrels are made of 38CrMoAlA with a 0.4-0.7 mm nitrided layer (screw hardness HV>740, barrel HV>940) for wear resistance against rigid PVC formulation. Automatic force feeding from a stainless steel hopper keeps the feed steady at up to 300 kg/h loading capacity.
