Before film scrap can be pelletized, it has to be cleaned: labels, dirt, moisture and printing inks all degrade the pellet if they go in with the flake.

The line takes PE/PP film through wet crushing, friction washing, rinse tanks and mechanical dewatering, and finishes with thermal drying, so the flake going to the pelletizer is clean and dry. Line configuration scales with contamination level — heavily printed agricultural film needs more washing stages than clean industrial scrap.

A PET bottle-flakes washing line is available on the same engineering base, covering label removal, hot washing and flake drying for the bottle recycling stream.
