Single-wall corrugated pipe is the workhorse for small-diameter flexible conduit: electrical installation tube, automotive wiring harness duct, washing machine and dishwasher drain hose, vacuum cleaner hose and dust collector pipe.

The line extrudes PVC or PE through a single die head onto the corrugator, and one machine can run several pipe diameters across the model range — roughly 4-10 mm up to 50-100 mm depending on the model. Small diameters can be extruded several-up at once, and in-line winding machines coil the finished pipe automatically.

Line speed is in the 3-10 m/min class, matched to the diameter and material.
