A double-wall corrugated pipe pairs a corrugated outer wall with a smooth inner wall — high ring stiffness from the profile, low friction from the bore. This line covers HDPE and PVC pipe in the 200-600 mm diameter range.

The extruder is selected to match the material: a high-efficiency single screw for HDPE, a parallel or conical twin screw for PVC. Downstream, the forming system consists of the mould set and corrugator; module cooling is available in water-cooled and air-cooled versions, and the mould blocks are interchangeable within the size range.

The line runs fully computer controlled with high, stable output, and the pipe end can be belled or cut as the application requires.
