For small-diameter pipe, the most direct output gain is not a bigger extruder — it is a second die. This line runs two pipes at once from one conical twin screw extruder, typically an SJSZ 51/105 or SJSZ 65/132 depending on the size range.

Each pipe station is controlled independently, so one line can be stopped for a die change or coil swap while the other keeps running. The stainless steel calibration and cooling sections handle both streams in a shared bath layout.

The concept was developed for high-volume small pipe — conduit, cable duct, water supply tube — where per-metre line cost decides competitiveness.
