For any product defined by a custom cross-section, the die head is the critical component.

A profile line takes your 2D section drawing and builds the die to produce it, then calibrates and cools the extrudate so the section holds its dimensions at line speed. Downstream equipment is selected for the profile's rigidity — vacuum calibration for hollow sections, free cooling for open profiles.

Typical applications: PVC window and door frames, weatherstripping, decorative and functional trim, edge banding, technical profiles for automotive and appliances.
