Main components:

• Conical or parallel counter-rotating twin screw extruder, matched to rigid PVC
• Pipe die head and sizing sleeve for your diameter range
• Vacuum calibration tank and spray cooling tank
• Belt or caterpillar haul-off with speed synchronised to line output
• Planetary or saw cutter, with stacker where required

Rigid PVC is heat-sensitive, so residence time, shear and temperature profile all need to be held within a narrow band. The counter-rotating twin screw layout gives positive conveying at low speed, which keeps the melt stable.
