A single screw extrusion line is the straightforward choice when you run one consistent material grade and need reliable daily output.

The screw conveys, melts and pressurises the polymer in one continuous pass. With fewer moving parts than a twin screw system, it is easier to operate and cheaper to maintain, and it holds a steady output on homogeneous PE, PP and PVC feed.

Typical applications: PE and PP pipe, sheet, film, and simple solid profiles.
