Xian Wisdom Computer Info&Tech Co.,LTD supplies dehumidifiers, refrigeration equipment, food machinery and plastic extrusion lines to importers, distributors and project buyers. This page explains how we handle OEM and ODM projects, from the first enquiry through to shipment and after-sales support.

OEM and ODM services

OEM. We build to your specification and ship under your own brand. You provide the drawings, performance targets or a reference sample; we confirm feasibility, produce a pre-production unit for approval, then run the order on the agreed line.

ODM. If you would rather start from an existing platform, we adapt one of our current models to your market: capacity, controls, cabinet finish, voltage and packaging can all be adjusted without developing a new tool.

What can be customised

• Capacity, airflow and moisture-removal rating for your climate and application
• Voltage, frequency and plug type for your destination market
• Cabinet colour, finish and branding, including nameplate and carton artwork
• Control panel language, display units and preset operating modes
• Refrigerant type and component brands, where regulations require a specific option
• Packaging: carton, pallet, wooden case or container loading plan

Quality control

Every unit passes through incoming material checks, in-process inspection and a final functional test before packing. Performance data for the agreed specification is recorded and can be shared with you on request. Where a third-party inspection is required, we cooperate with the inspection body you appoint.

How an order runs

1. Enquiry. Send your requirement: model, quantity, target market and any specification you already have.
2. Specification. We reply with a technical proposal, lead time and shipping details for your review.
3. Sample or pre-production unit. For new tooling or a new market, we produce a unit for your approval.
4. Production. The order is scheduled and manufactured, with progress updates at agreed milestones.
5. Inspection and packing. Final testing, documentation and export packing.
6. Shipment. We book the forwarder you nominate, or arrange carriage on your behalf.

Packing and shipping

Equipment is packed for ocean freight by default. For fragile items such as freezer showcases, glass doors and display units, we use reinforced cartons or wooden cases and add corner protection. Container loading plans are prepared in advance so that the goods arrive without shifting in transit. Air and LCL shipments can be arranged when you need stock quickly.

Documentation

Standard export documents are prepared for each shipment, including commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Certificates required by your market can be arranged when you confirm the destination and the certificate type needed at the enquiry stage.

After-sales support

We provide operating manuals, spare-part lists and technical advice for the life of the equipment. If a unit develops a fault, send photographs or a short video and our engineers will help identify the cause and the replacement part. Spare parts are available for models supplied by us.
